Product Designer

Job description

We're seeking a passionate Product Designer to join our innovative team at Farasha Digital. You'll be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions that bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. Working closely with our development teams, you'll help shape the future of digital products across web and mobile platforms, ensuring every interaction delights our users while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to final implementation
• Create user-centered designs for web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with experience in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Framer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design handoff processes
• Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics tools
• Experience designing for responsive web, mobile apps, and cross-platform solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
