We're looking for a creative Social Media Designer to join our team at Farasha Digital. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across social media platforms, developing brand-consistent graphics, and helping to grow our online presence. This role combines graphic design skills with social media strategy to create content that engages audiences and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content for social media platforms
• Create brand-consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
• Develop social media templates, story designs, and post layouts
• Collaborate with marketing team to align visual content with campaigns and strategies
• Create animated graphics, GIFs, and simple video content for social media
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all social media visuals
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices
• Optimize content for different platform requirements and audience preferences

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or social media design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work and brand consistency
• Understanding of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
• Excellent eye for typography, color theory, and visual composition
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
